You can exchange or return your order within *14 days of receipt*. Please ensure the sneakers are unworn and in their original packaging.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account as soon as possible. Would you prefer a different size or model? We are happy to arrange an exchange for you.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
